Job Title:Automotive Service Estimator / AdvisorLocation:  9597 U.S.  Highway 90, Daphne, AL 36526Job Overview:As an Automotive Service Estimator / Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our team will look to quickly and accurately build estimates for recommended guests repairs and manicure the digital inspection for guest viewing. You are the person that our guests will rely on to accurately estimate the repairs for their vehicle, but, just as importantly, our team will rely on you to ensure that repair orders properly account for the time and parts that will be needed to correctly complete the repair.   Though your primary role focuses on preparing estimates and managing parts, you will also provide back-up for the role of advising our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Build DVIs and EstimatesThoroughly Source Parts and Building EstimatesAccurately Update Job Board Promise Times & Job Status CategoriesCommunicate with Techs Regarding Inspections and Proposed RepairsCommunicate with Vendors Regarding PartsFront-end Parts Reconciliation (receiving and returning)Prepare Phone EstimatesSecondary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandManage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle customers as needed in CBA branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.Other duties as assigned.
